Photo Search. We have been contacted by a photo studio in New York which is researching photos taken by Elsa Rosenthal, the proprietor of the Artifacts store in Rosemont in the 1970s and 1980s. The store was located at the northwest corner of Braddock Avenue and Mount Vernon, on the site of a former gas station; see the attached profile of the store from the February 6, 1982 edition of the Post. The studio has posted a collection of photos at https://meiselas.visura.co/artifacts and is asking for any identifications, or stories about the store, with the idea of eventually gathering them in a book or exhibit.
