Next RCA Meeting. The RCA will hold an in-person meeting on Tuesday, May 3 at the Commonwealth Baptist Church (700 Commonwealth Avenue) at 7:30pm. Our guests will be Delegate Elizabeth Bennett-Parker and Senator Adam Ebbin to provide an update on the recent legislative session. Among other agenda items, we also will plan to hold an overdue election for the board; if you’re interested in joining the board, please let us know.
Traffic Board Agenda. At its Monday, March 28 meeting, the Traffic Board will consider a revised plan for the addition of parking on the east side of the 500 block of Mount Vernon Avenue, as a traffic calming measure. As modified, there would be a space for bike/scooter parking and four motor vehicle spaces.
