Phase One. As Alexandria and Northern Virginia start “Phase 1” of their reopening, the City is continuing to provide the latest information at https://www.alexandriava.gov/Coronavirus. In the neighborhood, Lena’s has re-opened its patio as of today, and South China also recently re-opened for takeout and delivery.
TES Update. Refuse and recycling has shifted to its summer hours, with collections starting at 6am. Fourth of July. Unfortunately, because of the coronavirus and continuing restrictions on public gatherings, we are not expecting to hold an Independence Day event this year.
