City Council Approves Woodbine Memory Care Center Application (February 2015)
The City Council on February 21 by a 6-1 vote approved the application for the rezoning of 2805 – 2809 King Street and other authority necessary to allow a memory care facility to be constructed adjacent to the existing Woodbine nursing home. The opposing vote was from Vice Mayor Allison Silberberg. City Approves Yates Restaurant Plan (December 2014)
On December 13 the City Council gave final approval to the applications necessary for a pizzeria at Yates Corner (515 Mount Vernon), with some minor changes from the conditions initially recommended by city staff (including a reallocation of the seats allowed indoors and outdoors).
