Next Meeting. The next RCA meeting will be held on Thursday, January 24 at the Commonwealth Baptist Church (700 Commonwealth Avenue). Please join us for presentations from the City regarding 1) the “Vision Zero” pedestrian safety initiative (from Christine Mayeur, Complete Streets Coordinator) and 2) the Hooff’s Run flood plain and its risks/effects for Rosemont including insurance issues (from Brian Rahal, Civil Engineer). Residents may recall both past flooding and past pedestrian fatalities.

Metro Closure. It’s still in the future but are you ready for the closure of the Metro south of the airport doing the summer of 2019?
