Next Meeting. Please mark your calendars for the next Rosemont Citizens Association meeting – Thursday, March 23, 7pm at a new location (the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 100 West Luray Avenue). Please also note that the meeting date has changed from that originally publicized. The agenda includes a presentation from the RCA’s PELT (Planning, Environment, Land Use, and Transportation) committee on issues it has been working on, including meetings with City staff and planned neighborhood projects, including stormwater/sewer construction and rail bridge/road intersection reconstruction. We also hope to have presentations by a representative of TING Fiber about the rollout of its network in Alexandria and from the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust about its easement/stewardship projects in Alexandria.
Redeemed Church. The Planning Commission, at its February 7 meeting, approved the development site plan for the Redeemed Church at 4 East Oak Street. For more information, please visit https://legistar.granicus.com/alexandria/meetings/2023/2/2390_M_Planning_Commission_23-02-07_Action_Docket.pdf.
