Meeting Report. The RCA held its spring meeting on May 3, which included an update from Delegate Elizabeth Bennett-Parker and Senator Adam Ebbin on the recent state legislative session. The RCA board also was re-elected, but Treasurer Tom Holland would like to stand down, so we are looking for a successor. Additionally, we also are hoping to form a committee to take the lead in outreach to the City regarding infrastructure issues – please let us know if you are interested.
