Real Estate Assessments. Earlier this month, the City released its real estate assessments for 2019.  This is a separate process from the setting of the actual tax rate, although the proposed City budget would keep the rate stable.  The deadline to request review of an assessment is March 15.  For more information, please visit https://www.alexandriava.gov/RealEstate.
